Terms of Service

By submitting a commission request and/or paying a deposit, you agree to the following terms:Services
• I will create artwork in my personal style.Pricing & Payment
• A 50% deposit is required to start (unless otherwise agreed). Remaining balance is due before final files are delivered.
• Payment methods (International): Paypal
•Payment methods (Indonesia): Gopay, Shopeepay, Dana, BNITimeline & Rush Orders
• Estimated delivery time will be provided after deposit. Progress will be made within 4–14 days after payment.
• Rush orders are available for an extra fee and must be agreed upon in advance.Revisions
• Includes up to 3 free revisions at the sketch stage. Major changes (pose/composition) after approval may incur extra fees.Rights & Licensing
• I retain copyright to all artworks. Client receives a non-exclusive personal-use license by default.
• Commercial use (merch, product sales, monetized assets) requires an additional commercial license/fee please specify intended commercial use when ordering.
• Reselling, mass-distribution, claiming as one’s own is not allowed without written permission.Publication & Privacy
• I may display commissioned work in my portfolio and social media unless a private agreement (and additional fee) is made.Cancellation & Refunds
• Deposit is non-refundable once work has started. If I cancel without completing the commission, a full refund will be issued.Final Files
